I didn’t get the order I placed online. What should I do?


You should log in to your Qipao Beauty account, go to the “Gift Card” area, “My Orders” menu. 

If you have any problems, you can contact customer service Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. by phone at +325 27 74 70 41 or by email at qipao@mf1977.com.


I didn’t get my “Flash sales” voucher. How do I collect it?


To collect your “Private sales / Flash sales” voucher, log in to your Qipao Beauty account. To log in to your Qipao Beauty account, click HERE.

Go to “Flash sales - my pending orders” to download your voucher.


Is it safe to make payments on the www.qipao.fr site?


Yes, the www.qipao.fr website is equipped with a secure online payment system using SSL encryption, allowing the customer to encrypt the transfer of his/her bank details. 

The www.qipao.fr website never records your banking details. They are transmitted in an encrypted form to a secure payment provider.

What currencies and payment methods are accepted on the www.qipao.fr site?


Payments on the website are made exclusively in Euros with Visa or Mastercard. For all other payment methods, please contact your Qipao Beauty salon. See the list of our Qipao salons and addresses HERE.


Can I pay for my order with gift cards?


Qipao Beauty gift cards can only be used at a salon. See the list of our Qipao salons and addresses HERE

Gift cards, treatment course cards or XXL cards can only be used to make a reservation online (excluding last-minute appointments), not as a payment method.
