To cancel an appointment you made at your salon, please contact your Qipao Beauty salon by phone or talk to the staff at the salon. See the list of Qipao Beauty salons and addresses HERE.
To cancel an appointment booked online, you must follow the procedure indicated below, at the latest 3 hours before the appointment time, from your Qipao Beauty account.
Go to the section "Appointments - my upcoming appointments" and then to "refund request". Fill out and confirm your request, a confirmation of your appointment cancellation will be sent to you by email.
The cancellation of an appointment is unavailable between 10 pm and 03 am
The refund will be made within 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends) directly to your bank account.
If the cancellation of your appointment is made on the same day as the appointment, you will not be debited.

You can only use the XXL card to make a reservation online, not as a payment method. Click HERE to make an appointment online. It’s valid for one year from the date of purchase. You must show the card used to make the reservation online at the till on the day of your appointment. XXL and treatment course cards are only valid at the salon where you purchased them. Gift cards are valid at all Qipao Beauty centres in the country where you purchased them. If the reservation isn’t cancelled at least five hours before the appointment time, the service will be deducted from your XXL card.
A Last minute appointment is an ephemeral, last-minute commercial offer only available through online appointment booking.
Last-minute deals are short-term promotional offers that can vary from one town to the next.
When you schedule your appointment online, you can get 25% off the total price of your beauty treatments only on days when the last-minute deals are activated.
NOTE: These promotions are not systematic and are only available for customers making appointments online.
You can only pay for a Last minute appointment by credit card.
QIPAO cards (gifts, cures or packages), gift vouchers or private sales / flash sales are not valid for last-minute appointments.
